      Please remember that last guests enter the Centre 30 minutes before closing.

      Guided tours in English or Spanish take place every Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (by appointment: tel. +48 22 277 43 59).

      The Heritage Interpretation Centre is accessible for disabled visitors.

      Visually-impaired visitors can use typhlographics and audio guides, which are available on the first floor.

      There are two platforms for wheelchairs: one to reach the first floor (max. 385 kg, 134x109 cm) and one near the stairs (max. 225 kg, 100x77).

      A toilet accessible for disabled people is located on the -1 floor.

      The area around the Centre—Brzozowa and Celna Streets—is cobbled and sloping. The entrance to the Centre is located at the same level as the surrounding area. The staff can offer a wheelchair. Thanks to a small ramp the screening/lecture room is also available for visitors using wheelchairs.
