Free admission to permanent and temporary exhibitions is available to people with disabilities (after presenting an ID card or disability certificate) and their accompanying guardian. One disabled person may be accompanied by one guardian.On Thursdays the entrance is free of charge.

Access
Free admission to permanent and temporary exhibitions is available to people with disabilities (after presenting an ID card or disability certificate) and their accompanying guardian. One disabled person may be accompanied by one guardian.
The Heritage Interpretation Centre is accessible for disabled visitors.
Visually-impaired visitors can use typhlographics and audio guides, which are available on the first floor.
There are two platforms for wheelchairs: one to reach the first floor (max. 385 kg, 134x109 cm) and one near the stairs (max. 225 kg, 100x77).
A toilet accessible for disabled people is located on the -1 floor.
The area around the Centre—Brzozowa and Celna Streets—is cobbled and sloping. The entrance to the Centre is located at the same level as the surrounding area. The staff can offer a wheelchair. Thanks to a small ramp the screening/lecture room is also available for visitors using wheelchairs.
